The agreement
Pomini is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add the points specific to Pomini and its publisher, Fenger Digital GmbH, Wiesenstraße 6, 49074 Osnabrück, Germany.
Pomini Pro
Pomini Pro is available as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase, all processed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you manage and cancel them in your App Store account settings. Where a free trial is offered, the unused portion is forfeited when you purchase. Prices are shown in the app before any purchase.
Fair use
Pomini's free features stay free. We reserve the right to change what future versions include, but features you have paid for remain yours for the period you paid for, and a lifetime purchase applies for the lifetime of the product.
No warranty for outcomes
Pomini is a timer and focus tool. It does not provide medical, psychological or professional advice, and we make no promises about productivity outcomes. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
